There are many recipes for juices and smoothies out there and I am a big fan of having them for a ‘breakfast on the go’  but I’m going to share one of my all time favourite recipes with you. It’s a fantastic ‘Pick me up’ and, although I call it my morning tonic, you can pretty much make it at any time of the day – it’s guaranteed to pep you up! Got a mid-afternoon dip?
